Özyeğin University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts invites applicants for faculty member positions as Assistant or Associate Professor in the area of;

1.  Nutrition and Dietetics (Ph.D.) starting in Fall 2024 and/or Spring 2025.

Applicants must have a strong commitment to teach of undergraduate level, to conduct theoretical as well as applied research in nutrition and gastronomy and to develop and maintain active collaboration with the food and beverage industry. All applicants must demonstrate good research potential as well as strong interest and ability in undergraduate and graduate teaching.

The Faculty of Applied Sciences include 3.600 m² a state of the art “Center of Excellence” consisting of multiple kitchens, sample hotel rooms for training, a restaurant, a banquet room, a tasting laboratory and a lobby area.
