The Undergraduate Hotel Management and Undergraduate Gastronomy and Culinary Arts programs of the Özyeğin University School of Applied Sciences are offered to prepare high-impact professionals who will act as leaders in the hospitality and culinary arts fields which are rapidly developing both in our country and around the world.

Through its innovative education model, our programs aspire to prepare entrepreneurial and highly creative individuals with developed problem-solving skills. They can be recruited to entry level positions at four or five-star hotels and reputable food and beverage institutions, and rise up to medium and top level executive managerial positions. Our programs introduce a world-class education not only to Turkish students but to an international student cohort comprised of distinguished students from all over the world.

With its English-medium curriculum presented by renowned faculty members from different countries, the Undergraduate Hotel Management and Undergraduate Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Programs of Özyeğin University are the right addresses not only for world-class Hotel Management, Gastronomy and Food and Beverage Management education but also meet the current and future requirements of these sectors.
