Transfers Under Special Circumstances

Students in countries where YOK recognizes that it is impossible to pursue any academic studies due to ongoing violence and human crisis may apply for horizontal transfers to the higher education institutions in Turkey as per Supplementary Article II of the Rules and Regulations Regarding the Amendments to the Rules and Regulations Pertaining To the Principles of Transfers Between Associate’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree Levels, Double Major and Double Minor at Higher Education Institutions and Credit Transfers Between Higher Education Institutions. The principles and procedures for such horizontal transfers are determined by YOK.
