Dr. Sami KOCABIYIK received his undergraduate degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2000. He attended the Capital Markets Law Certificate program at Ankara University Banking and Insurance Institute and started his master's degree in the Department of Civil Procedure and Execution and Bankruptcy Law at the Social Sciences Institute of the university in the same period. Having won the title of patent attorney at TPI in 2002, Dr. Sami KOCABIYIK, registered with the Istanbul Bar Association on the same date, started to practice and practiced law for a while. After studying German for one year in Berlin with the state scholarship he won, he completed his master's degree (LL.M) with outstanding success at the Faculty of Law and Economics at Bayreuth University. Dr. Sami KOCABIYIK continued his activities as a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law; In the same period, he received his doctorate degree in Private Law from Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences. Dr. Sami KOCABIYIK has studies on commercial law, corporate law, audit law, liability law, intellectual and industrial property law, capital market law and banking law.
