Rabia Demir Güven received her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with high honor from Okan University/ Faculty of Engineering in 2014. She has double minor degree in Computer Science. During her undergraduate education, she worked as intern in production factories in various departments such as production, planning, finance and HR. Then, she started to work in the private sector and completed her non-thesis master's degree in Marmara University, Institute of Pure and Applied Sciences, Department of Engineering Management. She completed M.Sc. degree at Istanbul Commerce University in Industrial Engineering in 2023. She is currently a Ph.D. student at Yıldız Technical University.
