Dr. Özge Kuru completed her undergraduate studies at Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 2012. She earned her master's degree in 2015 from Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis titled "Real Person Merchant," and obtained her Ph.D. in 2022 from the same institution with a thesis titled "Representation and Transfer of Representative Authority in Joint Stock Companies." In 2014, she began her academic career as a Research Assistant in the Department of Commercial Law at Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Law. In 2023, she was appointed as an Assistant Professor, a role she continues to fulfill. Additionally, Dr. Kuru serves as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and the Deputy Head of the Department of Private Law at Istanbul Aydın University.
