Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Melda Köse graduated from Saint Benoit French High School in 1997. Then he started Maltepe University Faculty of Law. He graduated from his undergraduate education with honors in 2001.
In the same year, in the Department of General Public Law (GKH), Prof. Dr. Starting her academic life as a research assistant alongside Ayferi Göze, Köse graduated from the Public Law Master's program at Galatasaray University in 2004 with her thesis titled "The Comparison of Locke and Hobbes' Property Rights". In 2015, she completed her doctorate in Marmara University Public Law program with her thesis titled "Women in the Context of Constitutional and Political Equality". After his doctorate, he took over the duties of Maltepe University GKH Department Head and vice dean. Köse teaches State Theory, Political Science, and Political History courses in the Faculty of Law, and the Human Rights Documents and Protection Mechanisms and Research Methods in Law course in the Human Rights Master's program.
