Dr. İlknur Karadeniz hold a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University, M.Sc in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and  B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Yeditepe University. During her doctoral study, she worked as a research assistant at the same department. She delivered several undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Computer Engineering at Işık University, where she was a faculty member between 2019-2023.  In 2022, Dr. Karadeniz has joined the Language Technology Lab at University of Cambridge as an associated researcher, where she is still going on her research studies. Her research interests focus on biomedical text mining, natural language processing, machine-learning, and bioinformatics.
