Derya Tekin Yusuf started her professional career at Turkish Airlines in 1980 and worked at Turkish Aİrlines and then Trans World Airlines in the field of operations and took part in management roles between 1980-1992 Since 1992,she started his career as the Training Manager at Çelebi Ground Handling and continued her career in Human Resources and Training & Development functions in different roles. Since 2002, she has served as Human Resources Director and President of Human Resources at Çelebi Aviation Holding, and has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors responsible for Education and Development within the Çelebi Aviation Holding since 2017. He has more than 40 years of professional experience in the aviation industry and Human Resources, Training & Development. With the establishment and implementation of Human Resources processes of Çelebi Aviation companies,s he actively took part in the management of organizational structuring needs and in the management of culture. Under the responsibility of the Academy at Çelebi Aviation, he managed the preparation of the training contents related to Ground Handling operations, and designed the practitioner training modules with his teams. In addition, Derya Tekin Yusuf has a Coaching Certificate and is actively working as a Senior Executive Coach. In addition, he participates as a speaker in international conferences and seminars on expert subjects. Derya Tekin Yusuf continues to serve as a Board Member responsible for Education and Development within Çelebi Aviation Holding.
