Dr. Ahmad El Sayed received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Balamand (2014) and his M.Sc. in Energy Systems from Bahçeşehir University (2017). He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Özyeğin University in 2024.

He has worked as an Energy Project Engineer in Lebanon and as an Energy Consultant at ACELEREX. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Özyeğin University, contributing to research in renewable energy, energy storage, electric vehicle charging, electricity markets, and AI-driven power system analytics. He has also supported teaching in Optimization for Engineers, Fundamentals of Power Systems, and Energy Systems.

His work focuses on applying advanced optimization and artificial intelligence methods to develop efficient, reliable, and sustainable power systems.
