Program Educational Objectives

To educate competent legal professionals who believe in freedom, equality, justice, democracy, and the supremacy of the rule of law, who are committed to and respectful of human rights, ethical values, and universal legal principles, who are inquisitive and questioning, and who can work in the public or private sectors as lawyers, judges, prosecutors, bureaucrats, or notaries; serve in international arbitration or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, or pursue an academic career.

Program Outcomes

1. Define and analyze legal problems encountered in theory and practice

2. Evaluate regulations, judicial decisions and different opinions in doctrine from an analytical point of view

3. Respect scientific and ethical values while using and interpreting legal information

4. Follow current debates in national/international law

5. Approach legal problems based on human rights

6. Write petitions that analyze the dispute and determine the solutions

7. Use planning skills in legal processes

8. Use legal knowledge in both private and public sectors by participating in projects and various activities related to law with a sense of social responsibility

9. Use verbal and written communication skills effectively in conflict resolution

10. Identify current problems by considering social development and change and contributes to the solution of problems with legal remedies

11. Adapt to the impact of technological advancements and digital transformation processes on legal regulations through the ability to think innovatively
