TOUR: Andy Warhol Pop Art Exhibition

Art has never been this much fun!

We are going to visit 90 original works of Andy Warhol, one of the most influential artists of the 20th century and one of the most important artists of the American Pop Art movement, on a guided tour.

Alongside of the famous works of Andy Warhol, including Marilyn Monroe, Campbell Soup, and Flowers, Pop Art pioneers Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist and Robert Indiana’s 40 original works will also be exhibited for the first time in Turkey. The show will also feature the young representatives of the Turkish Pop Art who will present their works to art lovers.

We look forward to seeing you all among us at this  trip to get a taste of and experience Pop Art and Andy Warhol with all their aspects.

Works:

• 90 original works (Andy Warhol)
• 35 original works (Other pop art pioneers)
• 25 original works (Turkish Pop Art artists)
• Marilyn Monroe’s wax statue from Madame Tussauds and Warhol's original portfolio of Marilyn Monroe
• Hypermarket section: As a reference to the birth of consumerism in the Pop Art era, one wall of the hallway will feature a hypermarket section with shopping carts and products from that era: Brillo cans, Campbell tin cans, Coca Cola bottles. The opposite wall will be dedicated to the original works of the products showcased on the shelves.
