English Preparatory Program students who plan to take courses during the summer session are required to pay half of the applicable semester tuition based on their tuition waivers. However, the summer session tuition is waived for students who started the English Preparatory Program at the “A2” level and successfully completed the “B1” level by the end of the Spring semester in their first academic year. These students may attend “B2” level courses free of charge during the summer session. These students also retain their additional scholarship, including cash stipends, or housing, dining, transportation support, during the summer session.Summer tuition is paid per credit for summer session courses offered by each program marked with an asterisk

(*). Tuition per credit is 1/60th of the annual tuition of the student’s current academic program. Summer tuition is calculated based on the total credits of the courses the student takes during the summer session. For recipients of tuition waivers, the tuition per credit will be waived up to the rate of the tuition waiver the student has been awarded. This is only applicable if the tuition waiver is still valid. Course registrations become effective after summer tuition and fees are paid. Failure to pay the tuition and fees by the due dates will result in the cancellation of the course registration. Students who have registered for a course which is subsequently cancelled are refunded for the tuition they paid. Refunds are made directly to the bank accounts the students provided to Student Services. Students may withdraw from courses for which they registered within the “withdrawal period”, which is specified in the academic calendar. Course withdrawals are considered course cancellations during the summer session. Students who have withdrawn from summer session courses are not refunded.
Students studying in the programs marked with two asterisks

(**) are required to pay the program fee set for the summer module of their programs.

Reminder for Family and Fiba/OzU Tuition Discounts

The family discount will be effective as long as family members (two siblings, parent-child) concurrently pursue their undergraduate studies as registered students. The family discount will continue over the term of scholarship the University has set and announced based on the students’ year of admission. We kindly remind you that in a case where one of the family members graduates or withdraws from the University, the family discount will be terminated, and the 5% difference will be charged to the student. For more information, please click here.

The Fiba/OzU tuition discounts are valid as long as recipients continue to work full-time at Özyeğin University or the FIBA Group. Recipients must prove their eligibility for tuition discounts at the beginning of each semester. To do so, students must obtain the proof of employment from their employers and submit it to Student Services. Students who prove their eligibility for tuition discounts are awarded tuition discounts. The tuition discount continues over the term of scholarship which the University has set and announced based on the student’s year of admission. For more information, please click here.
