Civil Engineering PhD Student Ilgın Sandalcı Awarded TUBITAK Performance-Based Scholarship

Ilgın Sandalcı, a doctoral student in the Civil Engineering Program at Özyeğin University, has been awarded the TUBITAK 2250 – Performance-Based Scholarships Program for Ph.D. and Post-Doc Scholars grant for the second term of 2024. Sandalcı also previously received a grant in the first term of 2024 for her role in the project “Development of Self-Healing Cement-Based Plaster Mortars,” led by Associate Prof. Zeynep Başaran Bundur, a faculty member in Civil Engineering. The project is funded under the TUBITAK TEYDEB (Technology and Innovation Funding Programs Directorate) 1505 – University-Industry Collaboration Support Program.
