ÖzU Team of Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences Students and Graduates Win Second Place in the IATA Competition

The team, comprised of graduates and students of the Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences at Özyegin University, won second place in the International Air Transportation Association (IATA) competition. The IATA competition is a highly prestigious international event, participated this year with around 60 students from 6 universities around the world where teams showcase their skills in airline management and present innovative strategies and solutions for complex industrial challenges.

The IATA competition took place from April 30 to May 27, 2024. The team that brought Özyeğin University second place in the IATA 2024 competition under the mentorship of Dr. Luis Martin-Domingo consists of the following names: Aviation Management Program students Mustafa Ghassan Idrees Idrees, Abdullah Minhas, and Wael Bakdash; Aviation Management Program graduates Muhammed Kaya, Hüseyin Doğukan Ünal and Buğrahan Artikoğlu.
