TÜBİTAK Grant to Undergraduate Psychology Students at Özyeğin University

The research study on psychological health to be conducted by Zeynep Acar, Şevval Çakıcı ve Gizem Ezgi Akyol, junior year undergraduate students at the Department of Psychology at Özyeğin University, under the mentorship of Associate Prof. İbrahim H. Acar, a faculty member at Özyeğin University, has been awarded a research grant under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A  Research Project Funding Program for university students. The research study “An Examination of Psychosocial Health in Individual and Environmental Contexts" is intended to study university students’ psychosocial health within the context of both individual (i.e. psychological resilience) and environmental (i.e. friends, teachers/trainers, family) support mechanisms. Students who are awarded the TÜBİTAK grant will develop and conduct their research under the guidance of their advisors. Launched in December, the research project is aimed to be completed in July 2023.
