Özyeğin University is the Only University to Place in Top Three Among Foundation Universities in TUMA for Seventh Consecutive Year in a Row

Özyeğin University is once again placed among Turkey's most admired universities in the "Turkey University Satisfaction Survey", announced for the seventh time this year by the University Research Laboratory, UniAr. Özyeğin University, which was rated A+, the highest rating, has set itself apart with the importance it attaches to student satisfaction, and thus has become the only university to place in the top three among foundation universities in the TUMA survey for the seventh consecutive year in a row.

As Turkey’s innovative research university, Özyeğin University showcases its success in assessments conducted by independent, national and international institutions. Most recently, the university was placed among the best universities with an "A+" rating, ranking sixth in the overall ranking, and in the top three among foundation universities in the 'Turkey University Satisfaction Survey' (TÜMA), an independent survey based on student data. This year, 199 universities in Turkey participated in the survey, with only 8 universities receiving the "A+" rating. The average level of student satisfaction was at the "D" level across the country.

The survey examines student satisfaction across six domains: “Satisfaction with Learning Experience”, “Satisfaction with Campus Life”, “Academic Support and Interest”, “Satisfaction with Organizational Management and Administration”, “Richness of Learning Amenities and Resources”, and “Personal Development and Career Support”. This year, close to 48 thousand students from 199 universities, including 126 state universities and 73 foundation universities, took part in the survey. Universities with the highest satisfaction rate are listed “A+”, while the universities with the lowest satisfaction rate are rated “FF”.

While Özyeğin University demonstrated an outstanding performance across all criteria, it has also received the highest rating from its students for its academic richness, learning amenities, personal development and career support, and campus amenities.
