Enes Talha Başer graduated with honors from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2020. He obtained his lawyer's license in 2021 and registered to the İstanbul Bar Association. Except for the period from April 2022 to August 2023, during which he pursued postgraduate studies in Germany, he practiced law until April 2024, when he joined Özyeğin University as a research assistant in the Department of Commercial Law. He is currently pursuing his master's degree at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis titled "Dividend Rights in Publicly Traded Joint Stock Companies". His research focusing on capital markets law, corporate law, competition law, and intellectual property law. He is proficient in English and has an intermediate level of proficiency in German.
