Dr. Adiloğlu-Yalçınkaya received BSc degree in Aviation Management from Anadolu University in Eskişehir, Turkey , MSc degree in International Business from Marmara University in İstanbul, Turkey and PhD degree in Management and Organization from Anadolu University in Eskişehir, Turkey.
Upon completing her Msc. Dr. Leyla Adiloğlu Yalçınkaya joined Özyeğin University in 2011. Since then, she has been continuing various administrative duties and academic research. She was promoted to Instructor in 2014 and Assistant Professor in 2020. She served as a Specialist from 2011 to 2015 and Safety & Compliance Monitoring Manager from 2015 to 2024. She teaches courses such as Safety Management System and Airport Management & Marketing at Özyeğin University.
LeylaAdiloğlu Yalçınkayahas served as an area editor and reviewer of various journals and congress. Her research interests include organizational theory, strategic management, and particularly the exploration of theoretical explanations of practices in the aviation field.
