Dr. Ege Göktuna studied Law at the İstanbul University in 1997. He obtained his LL.M degree in Private Law and his Ph.D in Tax Law in the Institute of Social Sciences at Marmara University in years 2000 and 2011 respectively. During his doctorate he has completed his education on University of Paris on a scholarship of the Galatasaray Educational Foundation. In 2006 he was invited of the European School of Advanced Fiscal Studies at Antoino Cicu Law Institute of the Bologna University to conduct researches on indirect taxes in financial transactions under the direction of Prof. Adriano di Pietro. Dr. Göktuna’s researches focuses mainly on corporate taxation, taxation of company restructuring, value added tax, european and international taxation.
