Biography
Halime Kutlutan works an an Instructor in ScOLa. She graduated from the 5-year combined BA/MA program with honors in English Teacher Education from the Faculty of Education and Graduate School at Bilkent University in 2009. Halime joined Özyeğin University in 2009. Currently, Halime is pursuing the DELTA program from the University of Cambridge.
