The International Trade and Business program aims to ensure that students master the following core competencies, identified as essential for all programs within the faculty. In addition to these core competencies, the program also strives to provide additional program-specific competencies, indicated in italics at the end of the following program outcome list.

• Construct solutions to business problems.
• Design novel combinations to address business challenges.
• Discuss ethical implications and consequences of business conduct.
• Explain stakeholder interests along social responsibility and sustainability dimensions.
• Communicate ideas effectively in English through presentations and written reports, essays, and case analyses.
• Work in a team by assuming responsibility and accountability for the team's work.
• Analyze managerial issues and challenges arising in international business context.
• Communicate at A2 level proficiency in a foreign language other than English.
• Formulate an international trade plan.
