Mehmet Aytek completed his high school education in Kocaeli and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2023 as an honor student. He continues his master's program in Public Law at Galatasaray University Institute of Social Sciences. During his undergraduate and graduate education, he took classes on his academic interests such as the law of freedoms, constitutional justice and freedom of expression and continues his studies at Özyeğin University, Faculty of Law, Department of Human Rights Law.
