Constitutional Law

Didem Köse graduated from Galatasaray University in 2000. She received her master's degree in 2003 and her doctorate degree in 2010 in public law at the same university. These studies were respectively focused on positive discrimination in American and European law, and then on the bodies responsible for election management and supervision. In her postdoctoral research, she worked on mechanisms that strengthen legislative bodies and the role of political opposition in comparative constitutional law. She received the title of associate professor in 2017 and became a professor at Bahçeşehir University in 2023.
Since 2019 she has been serving as executive committee member of the Public Lawyers Platform and as the vice president of the Constitutional Law Research Association.
