Özyeğin University and Elite World Hotels & Resorts Sign a Memorandum of Understanding

Özyeğin University and Elite World Hotels & Resorts have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide students in the hospitality sector with the management training and leadership skills needed for their careers. The Memorandum of Understanding was officially signed on March 7, 2025, with our President Prof. Barış Tan in attendance. The newly-forged partnership will provide students in the Hotel Management and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Programs at Özyeğin University with access to management training programs offered by Elite World Hotels & Resorts to support their future careers.

The collaboration also entails training programs tailored for professionals in managerial positions. To that end, Özyeğin University will design certification programs for mid-level management and short-term training programs for senior-level executives within the Elite World chain. In return, Elite World executives will have the opportunity to share their industry experience as guest speakers in seminars and classes and help students expand their professional networks within the sector.
