Advice to My 18 Year Old, Bridge Between Ages Documentary

Dear ÖzÜ Members,

The launch of the "Advice to My 18 Year Old, Bridge Between Ages Documentary" project, which we developed as Özyeğin University Violence and Law Laboratory, in cooperation with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Istanbul Health Department Istanbul Hospice Branch Directorate and with the support of the European Union Civil Think Program, was celebrated by the United Nations on World Elderly Day. It will be held with a gala, which will be held on 01 October 2024, at Özyeğin University Çekmeköy Campus AB3 150 Auditorium.

The gala where the documentary will be watched will be held at the Elderly Rights Symposium. The symposium supported by the European Union Think Civil Programme; It will consist of a panel session in which speakers who are experts in the field of elderly rights, representatives of non-governmental organizations working in the field and an elderly person who participated in documentary shootings will participate, and a poster presentation session in which posters prepared by undergraduate students will be presented.
