SEC 280 Digital Strategy and Transformation

The course aims to equip students with tools to observe, analyze and understand the importance of digital technology, which has been an important factor for company efficiency, as well as an enabler of basic innovation and new business models in many industrial sectors.

The course focuses on factors shaping Digital Transformation in order to provide awareness about the effects of industry 4.0, digital transformation processes on management and organization in general, and new technologies and digital transformation trends. The course also discusses the critical factors for maintaining a sustainable digital transformation culture in the companies for corporate performance.
